What a weekend!

The 2018 National Association of Realtors Conference in Boston is in the books and, wow, what a blast!  It was great to spend time with our proptech partners, see dozens of our current clients, and meet potential new ones too.

NAR 18 Conference

Coming from Burlington, Vermont a national conference in Boston felt like it was in our own backyard.  I spent three years living in Beacon Hill and really enjoyed being back in the city.  It was fun to show off my favorite places to eat and see to friends in town for the conference.

My other take away from the weekend: I really enjoy spending time with people that work in the real estate industry.

By and large, REALTORS are friendly, community-oriented folks who help make their towns a great place to call home.  The proptech crowd follows suit.  The creativity and collaboration that I have found in the proptech community (including our “competitors”) is remarkable.  It’s great to get together and talk about where technology and real estate will take us in the future.

Finally, when you spend the weekend on the road with your co-workers and feel like you were hanging out with friends, you know you’re working at the right place!
