What do mailers have that digital ads didn’t (until now)?
Hyperlocal Targeting
Homes are more likely to be listed once one of their neighbors sells their home.
The large advertising platforms (Google, Meta, Microsoft) intentionally impose sweeping restrictions on “hyperlocal” targeting. A 15-mile minimum radius seems close enough until you want to show off a recently sold home to their neighbors for maximum impact.
Through our partnerships, innovation, and some trial and error, we found our solution to the hyperlocal issue by bringing listing ads to the Basis Programmatic Display Network (DSP). By serving ads here, we can reduce the target area to just a few miles or even feet – making sure your ads show in only the most relevant areas, on premium placements at the right time post-sale to generate high interest.
