Portside Real Estate Group is the largest independent real estate brokerage in Cumberland County, Maine’s largest county, the fifth-largest brokerage in the entire state, and the top woman-owned real estate company in Maine.

In early 2020, Portside Real Estate Group sought Union Street Media’s expertise to bring their brand to life online. Wanting a digital presence that equaled their reputation as industry leaders and innovators, they developed a custom website design that emphasized their tight-knit culture, unique and personal agent support and deep community involvement. Their custom digital marketing strategy focused on hyperlocal content, SEO services, and agent recruiting to get the word out. Initial results have been very strong. Total keywords for which Portside Real Estate Group ranks in Google jumped up by 149% and they’ve averaged 118 quality leads per month during the initial post-launch period alone. The sky’s the limit for Portside Real Estate Group and their partnership with Union Street Media as they head into a new year.
