2025 was a major year for our Accelerator+ platform!
We delivered on 1,000+ client requests, including 70+ feature releases, each delivering meaningful improvements in functionality, performance, and scalability.
Here’s a look at some of the most impactful new features from 2025:
1. Teams & Team Sites
You can now create and manage teams in our platform, showcased through dedicated team sites using our Agent Sites add-on, and paired with improved team listing displays and smarter data relationships.
2. Language & Currency Translation
Our new language and currency add-on allows international and relocating buyers to browse listings in their preferred format, improving accessibility and global reach without requiring custom development.
3. Cookie Consent Banner
A new, fully compliant cookie consent solution powered by Enzuzo. This feature helps ensure adherence to evolving privacy regulations while giving site visitors clear, transparent control over their data.
4. Quick Search Editor
Create and manage recommended searches directly from the lead details page in our Accelerator+ platform. Saved searches can now trigger an immediate email to the lead, enabling faster follow-up and more effective early-stage nurturing.
5. Availability Date Filter
New rental search filtering allows users to select a date and view only listings available on or before that date—making rental discovery faster, clearer, and more accurate.
6. Improved Spam Filtering
A new spam detection layer powered by OOPSpam significantly reduces unwanted traffic and form submissions, improving lead quality and protecting site performance.
7. Platform Performance & Monitoring
In addition to user-facing features, we made significant infrastructure upgrades. Enhanced monitoring and performance improvements have increased site reliability, improved uptime, and delivered faster load times across all websites.
8. Rechat Integration: Activity Data Sync
We enhanced our Rechat integration to sync more website activity into Rechat. Follow-up inquiries and property view events are now sent automatically, giving agents better context for timely outreach. More activity types are planned for 2026.
9. CommVersion Lead Ingestion
We added support to automatically ingest leads from CommVersion into our platform, enabling them to be processed through our system just like website leads. This also expands our foundation for bringing additional third-party lead sources into the system over time.
10. Realtor.com Lead Ingestion
We added Realtor.com lead ingestion, automatically pulling Realtor.com inquiries into our platform to keep all leads centralized in one place.
11. DYL Integration
New DYL integration: send phone-number property inquiry leads from your website directly into DYL for faster call/text follow-up.
12. Advanced Lead Routing: Expanded Rule Conditions
We expanded Advanced Lead Routing with new lead-based conditions so you can fine-tune who gets a lead and when. You can now route leads based on Suspected Spam (system detection), conversion day (day of week), system source (where the lead came from – website vs. third-party), and whether a lead has a phone number. This makes it easier to align leads with the right team coverage, schedules, and intake workflows.
13. Manual Lead Routing Controls (Reapply Routing)
We added a new Reapply Routing action in the Leads Dashboard and Lead Details menu, allowing brokers and agents to manually reassign a lead using routing rules. This is especially useful for reviewed spam (when a lead is marked safe after review) and for after-hours/weekend leads that stayed unassigned due to agent availability settings.
14. Co-Listing Leads: Up For Grabs Option
We added a new routing setting that lets you offer leads from co-listed properties to all agents on the listing (Up For Grabs style). When enabled, each co-listing agent receives the offer, and the first to claim becomes the assigned agent.
