Spencer and I stood along with the rest of Vermont’s real estate community when Kyle Kershner was selected as this year’s Vermont Realtor of the Year at the 2010 VAR Conference.  Kyle is a long-term USM client, and one of the nicest, most genuine people you’ll meet.  Working in the second-home market of Killington has been a challenge to say the least, so we’re glad to see Kyle being recognized for his leadership as a Realtor as well as his dedication to his community.  We send our heartfelt congratulations and wish all of our clients luck in this real estate market.
