McColly Real Estate is the largest independent real estate company in Northwest Indiana, Chicago Southland and Central Illinois. Locally owned, family operated, and globally connected through Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, McColly Real Estate has been a staple in their community, and the industry, since 1974. In 2019, McColly Real Estate launched McColly Connect to better support their agents and customers. McColly Connect is McColly’s best-in-class technology platform, which integrates several companies including Union Street Media for their custom digital marketing and website solution, and others such as Buyside, SkySlope, and Homespotter.

A key factor in McColly Real Estate’s decision to work with the Union Street Media team was Union Street Media’s experience developing and implementing holistic digital marketing strategies, which include - and extend well beyond - the website. Union Street Media developed ways to tie the website into other digital content, such as their social media strategy, online advertising, and organic search presence. In addition to their strategic advising and thought leadership, Union Street Media’s white glove service made the difference to the McColly team.

Union Street Media and McColly also collaborated closely together on branding and creating repurposable imagery to use in advertising, email blasts, print, posters, local marketing initiatives, and more. Though evolving the website was the main focus, the team never lost sight of their overarching digital marketing goals. In early June, McColly Real Estate surpassed their total leads for the entire previous year, a cause for much celebration. As exciting, McColly was awarded best mobile, property detail, and sellers page via REAL Trends’ Website Rankings Awards, earning back to back recognition in 2019 and 2020.
