Marketing Coordinator

To help us continue our growth, we’re seeking a Marketing Coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator will
play a crucial role in supporting the marketing team with various tasks including client onboarding,
optimization of paid and content marketing efforts, handling client requests, and assisting in the creation
and presentation of performance reports. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to
detail, and a proactive approach to client satisfaction and success.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Prelaunch Coordination and Client Onboarding:
    • Coordinate and complete prelaunch activities for marketing packages, assessing client goals
      and ensuring smooth onboarding. This includes client guidance, account setup, sign-off on
      strategy and budget, launch and monitoring results.
  • Client-Facing Representation:
    • Act as the client-facing representative of the marketing team, communicating and educating
      clients on their membership’s marketing tactics, including paid advertising, SEO, and content
      marketing
    • Attend client meetings as a marketing expert to assist customer success team. Use insights
      from client feedback to create actionable plans in coordination with content and paid
      marketing specialists
    • Assist Digital Success Specialists in analyzing website and campaign performance data
  • Client Requests and Optimization:
    • Route, process, and implement incoming client requests for optimizations and
      recommendations, coordinating with team members to complete work requests.
    • Respond to client requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, conduct follow-up
      for outstanding recommendations and pending launches.
  • Client Communication and Guidance:
    • Guide clients through the launch and maintenance of marketing objectives, including account
      access, verification, tracking setup, and reporting.
    • Participate in ongoing meetings with clients to understand their goals and expectations and
      provide insights on current performance.
    • Collaborate with customer success and production teams to meet with clients, address
      changing goals, and coordinate resources to meet and exceed these goals.
  • Account and Performance Health Monitoring:
    • Proactively monitor and maintain account health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure verification
      status for clients.
    • Make data-driven decisions to identify low performers and strategies for improvement.
    • Support the content and paid advertising strategists to help provide guidance for clients and
      implementation of strategies and client requests.

Qualifications:

● 2+ years of Customer Service experience
● Previous experience in a marketing role is preferred.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Self-motivated individual with a passion for things digital marketing, technology and for providing
awesome customer experiences
● Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEMrush, Moat, Answer the
Public, and other digital marketing tactics.
● A high degree of organizational, problem solving and planning skills.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable educating clients and making
recommendations for their digital content and user experience

Compensation: Commensurate with experience. (average $45-50k)
Schedule: Position is open immediately. This is a full-time position.
